Chicken Biscuit Pot

1-2/3 c Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed 1-1/2 c Cubed Cooked Chicken 10-3/4 oz Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme 1 c Biscuit Baking Mix 1/2 c Milk 1 Large Egg |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine vegetables, chicken, soup, and thyme. Pour into ungreased deep dish 9-inch pie plate. Combined the baking mix, milk, and egg. Spoon over chicken mix. Bake until topping is golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes. |
